Home visits can sometimes be arranged in Stellenbosch, Somerset West, or the Helderberg.
These are considered case by case, and a travel fee may apply.

Meditation Classes
One-on-one: You receive a personal experience tailored to your level, energy, and needs.
We begin with a gentle introduction to sense where you are, then work with a meditation that truly nourishes you.
No pressure, no perfection, just being present.
Group classes: When time allows, we start with a short welcome.
Otherwise, we dive straight into the meditation.

Sound Healing
Relax and recharge through sound. Soon we will be offering calming sound journeys with monochord healing, crystal bowls, singing bowls, tuning forks, and more, an experience that brings body and awareness into harmony.
The vibrations of the monochord move through your body and work on a cellular level to restore your natural balance.
Crystal bowls, singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments create pure frequencies that help you breathe more deeply and find inner silence.
